We are committed to providing the best trainings for our customers and farmers in Jamaica and the world. Our commitment to offering FREE TRAINING SESSIONS, including digital training sessions by Zoom, Radio Show on Power106FM and in-person training sessions across the island.

Digital Training Sessions

Weekly Wednesday Virtual Training Sessions, with a Rebroadcast on Fridays, held by ZOOM on various Agricultural topics at 7pm Jamaican time. Our Flagship Training series, has been online since October 2021. Although Company policy prevents the sharing of our Training Materials, we do however implore customers to contact the Trainer/Agronomist who conducted the Training Sessions using their contact info below each flyer. Our expert Agronomists are happy to answer any questions or concerns about the topic, and are willing to conduct the sessions in-person for farming communities across Jamaica.

Fersan In di Field: Real Issues, Real Solutions

A bi-monthly radio feature on Power106FM (every first and last Tuesday), apart of the Farm Talk block, where we discuss the challenges faced by farmers and the solutions we have developed to address them. The sessions are presented by a member of our Technical Department, with special guest farmers sharing their experience with working with the Fersan Family. This special Farming Feature is now available on YouTube.

In-person

These training sessions are conducted by our Technical team for various Farmers and enthusiasts islandwide, looking to pick up or learn the best practices for their Farming activities. We offer the best advice on Crop Nutrition Programmes and Pest and Disease Management Programmes. These Training Sessions have been conducted at RADA offices, in the field, Farm Stores and even churches. We have collaborated with Farming groups and Agricultural players in Jamaica, including
