Brandt Manni-Plex Liquid Fertilizers are designed for foliar and soil applications for the prevention and correction of nutrient deficiencies when used as part of a balanced fertility programme. Brandt Manni-Plex Liquid Fertilizers are recommended for use as a supplement to a balanced nutrition program and is not meant to be a substitute for good cultural practices.


It is recommended that a soil test be done to ascertain levels of nutrients in soil. Ask us about our Precise Nutrient Management System (PNMS) which allows for the delivery of only the required amounts of nutrient to your crop. For best results follow soil test or plant analysis recommendations.

  9. Once Manni-Plex Nutrients are inside the plant, they move quickly and freely through the phloem to plant growth areas. This allows the plant to fully utilize the applied nutrients, which results in improved plant health and crop production quality.
  10. The correlation of sugar alcohol complexes and nutrient mobility within plants has been validated in University studies. Research showed that plants that were rich in sugar alcohol complexes, such as mannitol, had better distribution of nutrients such as boron from leaves through the phloem and a higher accumulation in fruit tissues.
  11. Not all liquid products are suitable for foliar application and being a liquid product does not necessarily ensure entry into the plant. Manni-Plex Liquid Fertilizers were designed specifically for foliar uptake. They target the leaf as the nutrient entry point and target the phloem as the nutrient transport pathway.

Plant Start

The Brandt Manni-Plex Plant Start is a liquid fertilizer is a concentrated liquid plant food, formulated with seaweed extract to promote early growth and healthy root systems. It is recommended for use as a supplement a well balanced nutrient programme and is not meant to substitute for good agricultural practices. It can be used on Fruit, Tree, Vegetable, Vine, and ornamental plants.
